With an annual output of more than 600,000 solar water pumps, consistency matters more than any single unit. That is why every Aquasolar pump goes through the same end-of-line checks before it is packed for export.
Each motor is run on a test rig to confirm its head–flow curve against the datasheet, and the winding insulation is high-voltage tested to verify Class F integrity. Controllers are checked for MPPT tracking, sine-wave output and the full protection suite — dry-run, over/under-voltage, overload and reverse polarity.
Only pumps that pass are labelled, boxed and shipped. It is a simple promise: the pump you receive performs the way the datasheet says it will.
