A solar pump is only as good as the motor and the controller that drive it. Rather than sourcing these from outside, Aquasolar designs and manufactures its own permanent-magnet (PMSM) motors and sensorless FOC controllers in-house.
The payoff is efficiency. Field-oriented control with pure sine-wave output and MPPT tracking above 99% means more of the panel’s energy reaches the water — up to 92% motor efficiency, and more litres pumped on a cloudy morning or a weak array.
It also means we can stand behind the whole system. When one team owns the motor, the drive and the pump end, warranty and spare-parts support stay simple for the customer.
